Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Al Azrah Boutique, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges from Canadian customers only. We sincerely apologize to our international clients — we are working on offering this service in the future.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 10 business days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached
  • There are no signs of wear, including stains, scents, deodorant or makeup marks, stretching, or any visible damage
  • Items must not have been washed, altered, or mishandled in any way

Returns that do not meet all of these conditions will be automatically rejected, and the item will be retained without refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for reviewing our sizing chart and following the care instructions on the garment label. Items damaged due to improper washing or care will not be accepted under any circumstances.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@alazrahboutique.ca within the 10-business-day window. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.


Refund Timeline

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item has been received and inspected.


Shipping Costs & Local Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Al Azrah Boutique is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

If you are located in Montréal, we are happy to meet you at McGill Metro Station for returns or exchanges — this is the same pickup location as for local orders.

Items marked as sale or discounted more than 35% off are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
